The woman behind the camera:

I received my first camera when I was 16. In the beginning, I took pictures of anything and everything. My camera was nearly glued to my hand! In high school, I was fortunate enough to take a Photojournalism class, which gave me my first opportunity to photograph a few different sports and have my work featured throughout our yearbook. After graduation, I began offering portrait photography which eventually evolved into photographing a friend's wedding. After several years of portraits, weddings, and even running a photo booth company, I needed to take a break.

When I decided to pick my camera up again, I realized that sports photography and videography is what I really want to spend my time doing. As a former athlete & coach, I needed to be connected to sports again. Video was a whole new world for me compared to photography, but I embraced the challenge and it has been amazing learning new ways to create memories for myself and my clients. I've gained valuable experience at the NCAA Division 1 level and in Major League Rugby. When I'm not with the pros, I spend most of my time filming high school athletics.
